Hi, thank you for the valuable information. I am undergraduate student and I was enrolled under pathways program computer science bachelors but I was refused under 214 b on July 10 2023 . Now I’ve reapplied for spring 2024 term and my interview is on 28th of august , now I’ve scored enough bands required for direct entry in computer science bs program also I got 50% Scholarship from my university , for showing strong ties I’m going to emphasise that my entire family is in india and my father has farming business and property of 20 acres , also I’ll be carrying additional documents to show strong ties . Do you think these changes are enough to get visa now?
Hello sir, I was refused on October 25 in Cambodia. Although I tried hard, he didn't trust me and also he told me that you should apply your visa in your home country and you are not qualified this time. I was sad because I can't get appointment from US embassy in my country. Should I apply in Cambodia again or another country?

Your all video is amazing I'm very interested. My interview in August i want to need more information about F1 interview need more question about that like Visa officer ask me 🙄
Will they know how many uni we've applied for? I had just applied on one uni i heard it's red flag so will they find out ifi told them I've applyy for four uni? Please reply Ik i need to be honest to vo but still just curious
Please do not considering misleading the Visa Officers. If you get caught you may face long term consequences. Applying to one university is not a deal breaker. Make sure you have an effective answer the questions, why (just) this university.
Is she sponsoring you or will she be involved in some way? If not, it’s not relevant. If you’re close to her you can mention it. Either way it won’t affect your visa chances. However, if the Visa Officer brings it up, you should acknowledge it.
am presently an indian on student visa in Dubai and recieved I20 for transfer to US university...which consulate should i apply for f1 visa? Dubai or India? Which one would be faster and easier?
Thanks so much for your videos. But I don't have enough money for dv lottery program process Let l would like to come and work but which agency is good or best to apply for visa application's and start working in USA Help me sir, 🙏🙏🙏
Yes, for the most part. Additional factors such as your financial situation and profile feed into the Visa Officer's decision-making process. Feel free to ask additional questions at greencardez.com/discussions You will find community participation beneficial.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) typically prefers applicants to apply in their country of residence. We're not going to lie-it will reduce your chances.
I had my interview yesterday and I was denied I think I was unable to answer the question why masters in grand valley state university I have been trying to work on it Kindly help me review my new answer A masters degree from an American university in criminal justice law enforcement will exposes me to a great court system allows me to meet well ranked faculty members and gives me me optimized classroom experience for me to be able to take a law conversion course when I get back to Nigeria which will give me the eligibility to become a lawyer and build my career and am eager to help citizens of Nigeria fight for their right and bring justice to them and also development in Nigeria court
It depends on whether that’s the norm for people of your ethnicity or culturally. At the end of the day, will you look professional when you appear for interview? If yes, then you should be fine.
Not typically. Visa Officers rely on your conversation and your efficacy in answering their questions to make a determination whether to grant you a visa or not.
Hi sir my visa got rejected day before yesterday again i want give a reattempt so what are the chances to overcome 214b rejection next time.please reply sir
So you’ve been rejected twice already? Without knowing the specifics, we can’t provide an objective answer. If you’d like to meet with us to discuss your case personally, and get guidance on what to do differently, schedule a consultation session at greencardez.com/services
Don’t worry about that. When one smiles, a lot of our facial features change including our eyes. In fact, folks in Customer Service who work the phones are encourage to smile because the voice becomes more pleasant as well. Don’t underestimate the power of a smile :)
thanks for the great video! Also, you mentioned the issue of getting into only one college, which is my case. What should I do if the interviewer asks me about it? Saying “I’m receiving a lot of financial aid, which I believe is the main reason I only got into one college” works?
We would recommend to talk about how the program ties into your plan primarily - how it is an excellent fit. You should also mention financial aid, as it will reflect positively.
You should answer it authentically. Visa Officers know applicants often rely on close relatives for sponsorship. Hope that helps. Feel free to ask additional questions on our discussion boards. See the pinned comment above for the link.
I graduated from high school in 2015.. just recently applied and get admission to a university in the USA.. my question is how will I answer if they ask me why the gab from 2015 up to date?
The Visa Officers are looking for a strong logical narrative. Your goal should be to share how your study plans fit in with your life goals. To answer your question specifically, you should share you reasoning behind your decision of waiting. You should also share what you learned in those years that has made you a better candidate now.

Unless that friend is your benefactor/sponsor, there isn’t any need to bring it up.

Is the rejection related to the gap years
Sir what about distant family like aunt and uncle do i mention them in F1 visa interview ?
Not unless they are your sponsors.

Hi Sir I'm going to have a interview in another country due to backlog in my country, would that reduce my chances of getting the F1 visa

Sir do visa officer reject visa on the basis of university selection??
Not typically. Ultimately it's going to come down to your interview.
Sir, I am going to another country for my Visa interview, Will that affect me?
Unfortunately, yes. However, interview strong. It’s not an automatic denial.
I recently did my hair blonde. Does this matter?
It depends on whether that’s the norm for people of your ethnicity or culturally. At the end of the day, will you look professional when you appear for interview? If yes, then you should be fine.

Hi,
We’re confused. You mentioned, “my visa got rejected…again” and “it’s my first attempt.”
How many US Visa attempts have you had so far?
My visa got rejected yesterday sir first time refusal.
@@sangeethdornala5429 Ok. Thanks for clarifying. You can book consultation time with us and we can help you prepare better for your next attempt.
Is Ds-60 necessary
Yes, you can’t schedule your visa appointment without it. Btw, it’s form DS-160.
Is my mom's cousin considered as relative
It’s subjective. We recommend applicants’ first cousins and parents’ immediate relatives (parents, siblings, and children) as your relatives.
Do we have to wear a mask while talking to the vo?
It depends on your local consulate/embassy rules. Please be sure to read the instructions in your appointment confirmation.
